These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Terraxi Lda ("Terraxi", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Terraxi mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.The Service
Terraxi is an operational-communications platform providing push-to-talk voice, messaging, live location and mapping, media sharing, and live video for teams and organisations. Features and availability may vary by plan, platform, and organisation configuration.
2.Beta notice
The Service is currently offered as a beta / pre-release. It may contain errors, change, or be interrupted, and features may be added or removed. It is provided for evaluation on an "as is" basis (see Section 9). Do not rely on the beta Service for any activity where an error or interruption could cause harm or loss.

4.Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. If you use Terraxi under an organisation's account, your use is also subject to that organisation's rules, and the organisation may administer and control your access and content.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to harass, threaten, or harm others;
- transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- intercept or share others' communications or location without a lawful basis;
- misuse emergency or alert features.
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use, including laws on communications, recording, and the location tracking of individuals.
6.Your content
You retain your rights in the content you create or share ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your intended recipients. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and consents necessary to share it — including the consent of individuals whose voice, image, or location it may include.
7.Third-party services and platforms
The Service runs on the Apple and Google platforms and relies on third-party providers (for example, app distribution, push notifications, and maps). Your use is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8.Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that location, voice, or alerts will be delivered accurately or on time.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terraxi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Terraxi harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
12.Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will post updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified in-app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Lisbon, Portugal will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
