What is a Terraxi Certified Partner?

A Terraxi Certified Partner is a company that Terraxi has trained and certified to deliver Terraxi to organisations. Its people have completed our technology and consultancy training and passed a practical assessment, so they can plan Terraxi around the way your organisation works, set it up, and support you after launch.

What a Certified Partner can do for you

• Assess your technical needs

  Review your teams, their devices and the networks they work on, and work with Terraxi to choose the best technical approach for your operation.

• Map your processes

  Learn how your organisation works today: its teams, roles, daily procedures and the way it responds to emergencies.

• Plan and configure Terraxi

  Design your setup around those processes: your organisation, teams and roles, channels, areas on the map, and the right plan for each group.

• Deploy and equip your teams

  Set up Terraxi for your organisation, add your people, and pair talk buttons and earpieces with their phones.

• Train your people

  Prepare your field teams and coordinators to use Terraxi with confidence from the first day.

• Support you as you grow

  Be your local point of contact: answer questions, adjust the setup as your organisation changes, and bring in Terraxi when needed.

How partners are certified

Certification is a programme in three stages. A partner's team is trained by Terraxi in two areas, then assessed in practice. A certificate is issued only when every stage is complete.

1. Technology training

   The partner's technical team learns how Terraxi works from end to end: push-to-talk, live maps and location, the apps on iPhone, Android and the web, the hardware, and how Terraxi performs when the mobile network is weak. They learn to analyse an organisation's technical needs and to work with Terraxi on the best technical approach for each one.

2. Business and consultancy training

   Terraxi was designed to fit the way an organisation already works, not the other way round. The partner learns to map an organisation's processes, from its teams and roles to its daily procedures and emergency response, and to plan and configure Terraxi around them.

3. Practical assessment

   Terraxi then watches the partner's people do the work: give a full demonstration, plan and set up an organisation with its people, and set up talk buttons and earpieces with phones. They must pass every part.

Partners are checked again every year to keep their certificate.

Its own company

A Certified Partner is its own company and a member of the Terraxi Partners Network. It sells and sets up Terraxi in its own market.

Each certificate has a number that starts with TXP, then the year, and a QR code. Scan the QR code, or type the number at the top of this page.
